We help people simplify their technology with friendly, no-stress solutions—without the hassle of visiting an Apple Store. Position Overview
We’re looking for an Apple Device Support Specialist with a solid foundation in Apple products and services. You’ll work independently, helping clients set up, troubleshoot, and optimize their Apple devices through on-site, in-office, and remote support.
This role requires strong Apple knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay current with Apple updates and services. You’ll also offer guidance on purchases and digital safety.
Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and resolve Apple device issues
• Perform device setups, data transfers, software updates, and software repairs (often in-office)
• Provide one-on-one tech lessons and digital safety advice
• Advise clients on Apple product and service purchases
• Deliver on-site and occasional remote support across Cape Cod
• Stay informed about Apple software updates and new features
• Provide excellent, personalized, judgement-free customer service
Requirements
• Solid knowledge of Apple products, services, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on Apple tech support experience (professional or personal)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and provide strong references
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
