This role is key to keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly—from scheduling and client communication to organizing behind-the-scenes details. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule appointments efficiently

  • Respond to client inquiries and handle general administrative tasks

  • Maintain accurate client records and service logs

  • Organize and prepare digital documents and internal reports

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members

Requirements:

  • Patience, professionalism, and a passion for Apple products

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Reliable internet connection, computer, and phone for remote work

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:
